Refund policy
At Créations de Ré, every order is carefully prepared in our workshop. We accept return requests within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- in the same condition as when you received it,
- unworn and unused,
- in its original packaging,
- accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Any item returned without a prior request will not be accepted.
Personalized Products
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, personalized, engraved, custom-made products or those made to customer specifications are not eligible for the right of withdrawal.
Therefore, personalized items cannot be returned or refunded, except in the case of an error on our part or a manufacturing defect.
Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- personalized products,
- gift cards,
- sale or discounted items.
Damaged, Defective Products or Order Errors
We invite you to inspect your order upon receipt. If the item received is damaged, defective, or does not match your order, contact us as soon as possible at creationsdere@yahoo.com, including a photo of the product if possible. We will quickly review the situation to offer an appropriate solution.
Refunds
Once the return is accepted, the refund is made to the payment method used during the order, within a maximum of 10 business days after validation.
