Order & customization
How does customization work?
Each customizable product has one or more fields on its product page. Simply enter the desired text before adding the item to your cart.
What can I have engraved?
Depending on the product, you can have a first name, a date, a sweet word, a short message, or sometimes GPS coordinates engraved. The number of characters depends on the chosen model.
Can I customize both sides?
Yes, on some models, double-sided engraving is possible. When this is the case, it is specified directly on the product page.
Can I add a symbol?
Depending on the product, some simple symbols can be added. If in doubt, you can contact us before placing an order.
Can I see a preview before production?
The engraving is done based on the text you enter when placing your order. We therefore advise you to carefully check the spelling, dates, and capitalization before validation.
Manufacturing & delivery
What are the production times?
Each custom creation is made to order in our workshop. The preparation time is generally 1 to 3 business days before shipping.
What are the delivery times?
Once the order has been shipped, delivery generally takes between 2 and 4 business days in mainland France, depending on the selected carrier.
Do you deliver to a relay point?
When this option is available in the store, you can select delivery to a relay point at checkout.
Products & care
Are the jewels water-resistant?
Most of our jewelry is made of stainless steel, a durable material that resists water and daily wear well. To preserve their shine, we recommend avoiding chemicals and prolonged contact with water.
Are the jewels hypoallergenic?
Stainless steel is generally well tolerated and appreciated for daily use. In case of particular sensitivity, we advise you to check the composition of the product concerned.
Are the bracelets adjustable?
Many models have an extension chain or an adjustable system. Dimensions are indicated on each product page.
How do I care for my jewelry?
To keep your jewelry in good condition, avoid perfume, household products, and excessive rubbing. Clean it with a soft cloth if necessary.
Returns & customer service
Can I modify my order after payment?
Yes, if production has not yet started. Contact us as soon as possible after your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation is sometimes possible as long as customization has not yet started. As these are custom creations, any request must be made quickly.
Can I return a personalized product?
As personalized products are custom-made, they generally cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a manufacturing error or defect.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If you notice a problem upon receipt, contact us quickly via our contact page, attaching a photo of the product concerned if possible.
